The Integrated Services Vision 2025 (Vision 2025) is a follow-up to the County of Orange's Stepping Up Report and demonstrates the practical implementation of a long-term strategy. It represents a unique collaboration among the criminal justice community, which traditionally has conflicting roles, to address the needs of incarcerated adults and juveniles.
Vision 2025 is the County of Orange Board of Supervisors' first countywide strategy and implementation plan in more than 10 years. It also marks a groundbreaking inter-departmental initiative that has broken down silos between departments traditionally protective of their programs and data.
